Hello and a lovely warm welcome to our website.

Here at I AM Stress Free we aim to make this sentence your reality and your daily affirmation. Working towards being stress free isn't an impossibility and it definitely doesn't mean that you wont ever experience stress throughout your life, what it does mean is, we will give you the power to counteract the effects of that possible stress and the effect it could have on you your health and your life. We will help you to be stress free by teaching you how you deal with stressful situations, by showing you how to recognise your stress triggers, how they effect you and how you can counteract them.

My personal aim and life purpose, is to help each and every client who comes to me with such a need, to help them reduce the negative impact that stress is having on their lives, and to help them to finally reclaim control over their life and their joy.

As part of the stress management programme I will give you simple tools and techniques to reduce and control your reaction to stress, therefore giving you back control of your emotions and reactions, by not allowing your reactions to have control over you will give you back confidence and peace of mind. together we will find what tools and techniques work best for your situation and we will change your life for the better.

All sessions take place over Zoom in the comfort and privacy of your own home or workplace, this allows distance to be a thing of the past, you can have access from anywhere in the world.

We offer a free relaxed no obligation 20 minute consultation where you will have the opportunity to briefly discuss your issues or problems and ask questions, it will give you a chance to get to know me and it will help you decide if I am the right person to help you take back control of your life
